And here I thought President Obama was going to cut all the pork out of the spending. The Obama Administration is creating a new agency to study and report on climate change. [Ed. note: here's a report for ya - it's not man-made!] The new agency will be created by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and will work in tandem with the NOAA’s weather and ocean service.
