I just need to rename this blog “What Global Warming Causes” because it seems there’s a new threat to some eco system every day because of climate change. A new study by researchers at South Dakota State University, St. Olaf College and the Universities of Nevada, Idaho and Montana suggest wetlands in the north central part of the United States will be too dry to support historical levels of waterfowl and other wetland-dependent species, if models that forecast climate-change scenarios are accurate.
